Conduct outreach to potential clients to understand their needs and introduce Trophy Insurance Solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention. Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients within our CRM system. Schedule introductory meetings and presentations for senior sales staff. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment in our Weatherford, Texas office. Requirements Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within the insurance sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with CRM software and sales enablement tools. A proactive and self-motivated approach to identifying new opportunities. Enthusiasm for learning about insurance products and the market.
