Job Description:
Sales Executive – SaaS / Hospitality Tech Location: Dallas, TX
Work Schedule : Hybrid — 4 days in office, 1 day remote per week.
Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 OTE Overview: The Sales Executive
is responsible for driving new business growth within the U.S.
market, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to
close. This role focuses on developing strong client relationships,
negotiating contracts, and promoting SiteMinder’s SaaS solutions
within the hospitality and hotel tech sectors. Success in this role
requires a hunter mentality, solid sales acumen, and experience
selling technology solutions to B2B clients. Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle sales — prospecting, demos, proposals, and
closing. Achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.
Present, negotiate, and finalize contracts with new and existing
clients. Maintain detailed CRM records and pipeline accuracy.
Represent SiteMinder at industry events and with partner
associations. Qualifications: 2 years of SaaS sales experience with
proven quota achievement. Prior experience selling into the U.S.
market (hospitality tech preferred). Strong presentation,
negotiation, and communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English)
preferred. Highly motivated, resilient, and growth-minded.
