We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You'll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract


1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
--- Basic computer skills and CRM software experience
--- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and commitment
--- Self-motivated
--- Works well in a team environment
--- Some knowledge of construction helpful
--- Bi-lingual is a strong plus
--- Direct home sales, automotive sales, or construction sales experience, preferably
--- Experience negotiating and writing contracts
--- Excellent networking, follow-up, phone, and prospect management skills
--- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and sales-closing skills
--- A desire to be a part of a growing business with long-term advancement opportunities
--- Must have a valid real estate license or be willing to obtain one
