Job Description:
Infosys is seeking a GIS Consultant with a strong utility and
GIS domain background to play a techno-functional lead role in
implementing GIS solutions for Electric Utilities using the Esri
technology platform. This includes ArcGIS Enterprise, WebApp
Builder for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Experience Builder, Operations
Dashboard, ArcGIS Monitor, Collector, Survey123, and Field Maps.
Candidates should have experience in North American Utility markets
and GIS implementation.You will have the opportunity to collaborate

commuting distance of Rosemead, CA, or Richardson, TX, or willing
to relocate. Relocation and travel to project sites may be
required.Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution,
or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
- Minimum of 7 years in Information Technology.
- At least 10 years of experience in implementing GIS solutions
for utilities.
- Experience working with business stakeholders on geostatistical
analysis, geoprocessing, and geocoding tools.
- Strong experience with ArcGIS Enterprise Platform, including
Portal, Experience Builder, WebApp Builder, and Esri mobile
technologies like FieldMaps and Survey123.
- Exposure to US (regulated and deregulated) markets.
- Experience leading development teams and working with client
teams and SMEs through the project lifecycle.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical
skills.Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience in GIS industry and ESRI technologies.
- At least 4+ full-cycle utility (Power) GIS implementations with
hands-on functional and deployment experience.
- Web-based GIS application development, testing, and
migration.
- Knowledge of system integration patterns, including SOA, with
GIS (e.g., SAP).
- Ability to create AS IS and TO BE models, conduct CRPs, and
assess product fit.
- Support for cross-functional IT projects relying on GIS
technology.
- Experience managing spatial data from multiple systems and
aligning them spatially.
- In-depth understanding of Esri Utility Data Models aligned with
North American standards.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Proven ability to develop proof of concept (POC) solutions to
mitigate technical risks.
- Good knowledge of Electric Utilities industry.
- Strong soft skills and willingness to travel as needed.
- Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise on Cloud, Kubernetes, FME,
Oracle Spatial, and security integrations (AD/Octa).The role
involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer,
with communication via phone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be
required as per project needs.Estimated annual compensation in
Rosemead, CA: $96,713 to $132,661. Benefits include medical,
