Job Description - HybridThe Business Senior Analyst position is responsible for providing support services, including but not limited to; data analytics, business readiness, and process/digital transformation. Additionally, the BP&A Sr Analyst serves as the liaison between service and operations staff, risk and controls group, project managers, and technology partners. The overall objective of this role is to provide transformational day-to-day support in alignment with Citi service and operations to support infrastructure and processes.Responsibilities:

• Serve as a transformation analytical expert, representing a unit or team on cross function service and operational processes and project deliverables
• Support data needs and identify data sources while assisting in the transition from legacy to standard data
• Provide analysis and recommendations to improve staffing levels
• Collaborates with multiple teams across the Service and Operations departments
• Coordinate and contribute to initiatives that support the goals of the Service and Operations functions and overall business
• Support reporting requirements determined by the Risk and Controls group
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:

  • Ability to support/manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficient in MS Office products
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, macros, Power Query, SQL, and Python
  • Experience around data visualization platforms, recent programming languages
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to details
  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
  • Regularly communicate and escalate to the senior leaders on project progress, action items, and execution of work tasks.
