Job Description Job Description LHH is currently searching for a Senior Marketing Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with significant exposure to branding, strategic marketing campaigns, content strategy, digital marketing, and event management. Candidates with legal industry experience are highly preferred. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive marketing initiatives, elevate brand presence, and manage one direct report. This is an onsite opportunity at our client's office in the Dallas area. Responsibilities: Branding: Lead the development, enhancement, and management of the firm's brand identity to ensure consistency and differentiation in the market. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to support business objectives and client acquisition. Content Strategy: Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of high-impact content across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and legal industry trends. Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including website, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics to optimize engagement and lead generation. Event Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate firm-sponsored events (webinars, conferences, client seminars) to drive awareness and foster client relationships. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor one direct report, fostering their growth and ensuring collaboration within the marketing function. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, practice groups, and external vendors to align marketing initiatives with firm-wide goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with proven success in professional services environments. Legal industry experience highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in branding, marketing strategy, campaign management, and digital marketing. Strong content strategy and event management skills. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities. Proficiency with marketing technology platforms and analytics tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work onsite at our client's office in the Dallas area.
