PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Reporting to the Director of Facilities & Fleet Management, the Facilities Administration Coordinator is responsible for the administration of, but not limited to, the Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) system, Asset Management system(s), Vehicle Safety & Loss Control Program (driver status, meeting agenda & minutes), Donor Center & Facilities Committee agendas & minutes, Safety Committee inspection reports, QA & FDA mandated reports. Works internally supporting Facilities and Fleet management with other department heads, to resolve needs/requests and scheduling issues.Regular full-time attendance is required during office hours. Some travel to Donor Centers and other locations may be required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Associates Degree and work experience in facilities management administration Minimum of 8 years' extensive experience in administrative roles in a related line of business (e.g., Facilities, Property Management, Construction, Manufacturing) can be considered in-lieu-of college degree SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Flexibility and the ability to adapt positively to change Able to maintain confidentiality, as required (office relocations, building space usage, project planning, driver status, etc.) Experience with regulatory authorities and compliance measures Make decisions in a timely manner, often with limited information and under tight deadlines and pressure Strong communication and negotiation, coupled with organizational skills. The ability to interact professionally with multiple levels of the organization including executive level Excellent written and oral communication skills, including advanced level of proofreading, editing and grammar skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, with frequent interruptions, at times without direction, and meetCarter BloodCare is an EEO/Affirmative Action employer.
