We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate acquisitions specialist. You'll hunt, prepare, and close deals and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. Responsibilities:

Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
Follow up on all leads and requests for information
Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends


Qualifications:

+1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
--- Basic computer skills and CRM software experience
--- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and commitment
--- Self Motivated
--- Works well in a team environment
--- Some knowledge of construction helpful
--- Bi-lingual is a strong plus
--- Direct home sales, automotive sales, or construction sales experience, preferably
--- Experience negotiating and writing contracts
--- Excellent networking, follow-up, phone, and prospect management skills
--- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and sales closing skills
--- A desire to be a part of a growing business with long-term advancement opportunities
--- Must have a valid real estate license or be willing to obtain one
