Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

The Customer Service Support Representative is the back-office support for the Greyhound Package Express Call Centers. L2 escalated calls are also handled in this position.

Key Duties:

Provide Package Express quotes, tracing requests, field assistance and complaints via phone/email.
Build online orders for Shipbybus customers in a timely manner.
Handle all tracing requests via phone/email and assist in Salesforce tracing queue.
Handle all L1 and L2 calls as they present in queue.
Process all email and written correspondence.
Log customer’s complaints / compliments into Salesforce and assist the customers complaints
Follow up with updated customer tracer information.
Provide order assistance for GPX Customers
Additional duties assigned by Management

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.
1+ years Call Center / Administrative.
1+ years Customer Service experience.
