This role is responsible for planning and managing the
activities within an assigned business unit/area.
Senior level position responsible for planning, supervising, and
implementing business process analysis and technology plans. This
position is also responsible for ensuring that IT solutions are in
alignment with customer business objectives and initiatives. This
individual will work with different groups within IT and business
organizations to develop and prepare system requirements, designs,
test plans and test cases. This role is responsible for identifying
and documenting requirements and analyzing these requirements from
a business perspective. The BA/QA group is responsible for the
creation of all business requirements including process models, use
cases, project plans and overall quality control of the internal
