Motions Attorney - Hybrid Position Overview We are seeking an
experienced Law & Motions Attorney to join our high-volume personal
injury practice. This role is dedicated to handling the firm's
complex motion practice, dispositive motions, writs, and appeals.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in legal research, persuasive
writing, and oral argument, and has deep familiarity with Texas
civil procedure, trial practice, and appellate law. Key
Responsibilities Draft and file various legal motions, including
dispositive motions, motions for summary judgment, motions to
strike, motions in limine, and discovery and compel motions.
Research and analyze legal issues and case law pertinent to ongoing
litigation. Argue motions in court and represent clients during
hearings. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to
develop case strategies. Maintain updated knowledge of changes in
laws and legal procedures relevant to personal injury defense.
Qualifications Jurisdictional law degree (JD) Active bar license in
the state of Texas 3 years of experience in Law and motions
litigation Defense- Personal injury experience is a plus Proven
experience in drafting and arguing complex motions. Strong
analytical and research skills, with attention to detail. Benefits
