Job Description:
Lockheed Martin, a leader in global aerospace, defense, and
advanced technologies, is seeking a highly skilled A/AI Machine
Learning Engineer Staff to join our innovative Data Science & AI
team. This position involves developing and integrating machine
learning models that play a critical role in the enhancement of
defense technologies. The role demands a proactive approach to
identify and leverage data-driven insights to improve existing
systems and influence the strategic direction of Lockheed Martin's
technology development. Candidates should embody our principles of
ethical standards, inclusivity, and teamwork, and be ready to
contribute to pioneering solutions that secure nations. Design,
develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to
improve defense systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
integrate AI technologies into broader systems and platforms.
Conduct data mining and data analysis to inform model development.
Stay current with industry trends in machine learning and AI to
ensure best practices in defense technologies. Present findings and
models to senior management and key stakeholders. Support the
development of AI capabilities that ensure project deliverables
comply with regulatory standards. Proficiency in Python, R, or
similar programming languages. Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch,
Keras, or other machine learning frameworks. Strong knowledge of
algorithm optimization and data structures. Ability to manage large
datasets and develop scalable AI models. Excellent problem-solving
capabilities and critical thinking skills. Medical Insurance Dental

Python, Data Science, TensorFlow, or similar technologies are
highly regarded. Security clearance, or ability to obtain, required
due to the nature of work in the defense sector.
