NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Decision.com Developer to design, build, and architect scalable Decisions-based workflow and rules solutions that power secure, compliant healthcare platforms. Deep expertise in the Decisions.com no-code/low-code platform to design, build, and scale mission-critical business automation solutions. This role partners closely with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into resilient, performant, and secure workflows, rules, integrations, and services. Key Responsibilities : Architect and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Decisions (flows, rules, integrations, and UI components) Design scalable, secure decisioning systems integrated with modern APIs, data stores, and event-driven architectures Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance across teams Optimize performance, reliability, and observability of Decisions-based platforms Mentor engineers and establish best practices for Decisions development and governance Must Have Skills: 2 years Decision.com development experience About NTT DATA Services: NTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
