Job Description:

This position is for a very well-known and established company in the Plano area. They are seeking experienced customer service representatives to professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. Requirements for the position are at least 2 years call center experience and must be flexible during operating hours (Mon-Fri, 7a-9p). Someone who is dependable, energetic, and has a passion for providing great customer service!
