Attendant, you will enhance guest experiences by offering
personalized service and maintaining a vibrant evening atmosphere
in one of our bustling hotel bars. This role is perfect for those

providing impeccable guest service while managing a variety of
beverage operations. Welcome and interact with guests in a friendly
and efficient manner. Prepare and serve drinks and snacks while
ensuring compliance with all local and company beverage serving
regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar,
tables, and work areas. Manage inventory and bar supplies, making
sure all stock is current, properly stored, and regularly
replenished. Process transactions promptly using the Point of Sale
(POS) system and handle cash and card payments accurately. Respond
to guest inquiries, provide menu recommendations, and upsell
premium drinks. Assist with bar setup and closing procedures,
ensuring everything is secure at the end of the shift. Knowledge of
various drink recipes and bar equipment Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to multitask and manage time
effectively Basic math skills for handling transactions Familiarity
with POS systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k TIPS certification or any relevant
local beverage service certification is preferred.
