Job Description Immediate need for a talented MRI Tech . This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is in Dallas, TX(Onsite). Shift: Fri - Sun Nights 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM Perform MRI examinations in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Prepare and position patients accurately to obtain high-quality diagnostic images Screen patients for MRI safety (metal implants, pacemakers, contraindications, etc.) Operate MRI equipment and adjust technical parameters for optimal imaging Administer contrast agents as prescribed and monitor patients for adverse reactions Monitor patients throughout procedures to ensure comfort and safety Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow radiation safety and infection control guidelines Perform routine quality assurance checks on MRI equipment Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Respond appropriately in emergency situations Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills: - MRI Tech Min 1 year of experience as MRI Tech X-Ray (XR) Mammography (MG) Ultrasound (US) Computed Tomography (CT) Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Nuclear Medicine Interventional Radiology (IR) MRI certification and experience is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire or transfer Graduate of an Accredited Imaging Program Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience required Certifications / Licensure / Registration Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) License Computed Tomography (NMTB-CT) Radiation Safety (NMTB-RS) Nuclear Cardiology Technologist (NMTC-NCT) Positron Emission Tomography (PET) Our client is a leading Staffing and recruiting technology industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar fulltime positions.
