Job Description:

this role, you will provide expert therapy services to patients
with varying levels of injuries and disabilities, focusing on
improving patient mobility, relieving pain, and preventing or
limiting permanent physical disabilities. Our PRN staff play a
crucial role in our healthcare team, working on an as-needed basis
without a fixed schedule, thereby ensuring the delivery of
consistent and specialized care to our patients whenever required.
Assess patient condition by physical examination including the
ability to manage pain and mobility function. Develop and implement
physical therapy treatment plans based on physician orders and
standardized assessments. Document and report on patients'
progress. Maintain equipment and space to ensure cleanliness and
safety in compliance with regulations. Consult and coordinate with
healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
patient care plans. Educate patients and families about treatment
plans and maintenance exercises. Strong understanding of physical
therapy principles, theory, and practice. Highly skilled in
utilizing therapeutic equipment and techniques. Excellent verbal
and written communication abilities. Proficient in creating and
following through with tailored treatment plans. Familiarity with
patient management software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid state Physical Therapy
license. CPR certified. PRN stands ready stipend qualification
advisable.
