A Physical Therapist (PT) who excels in this role: - Conducts
physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans. -
Provides direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and
function. - Educates patients and caregivers on home exercise
programs. - Documents treatment sessions and patient outcomes
accurately. - Collaborates with rehab teams and participate in
discharge planning. - Performs other duties as assigned. Why join

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in physical therapy and
TX State Licensure for Physical Therapy. Additional requirements
include: - Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire. -
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the
ability to work with minimal supervision. - Must be able to work in
a stressful environment and take appropriate action. More about
