locums provider. Since their inception in 1997, Occupational Health

--- Seeking ongoing sporadic coverage
--- Monday Friday; 8:00a 5:00p
--- Up to 30 patients per day; average 5 DOT patients per day
--- DOT certification required
--- Must be comfortable suturing and splinting
--- Paper charting
--- Local candidates only; within 30mi radius
--- $130 per hour
