Job Description:
Duties: Develops and implements controls and solutions to
complex business problems to ensure risks and exposures are properly
mitigated. Provides technical assistance on risk related systems
issues. Coordinates with Fidelity Crisis Management, Corporate
Communications, and BCP in the event of cyber crisis. Primary Responsibilities: • Coordinates cyber security incident response and cyber
forensics in conjunction with investigations, legal, human resources,
and information technology departments. • Develops and maintains cyber incident response playbook. • Identifies, qualifies, and contains cyber security
incidents. • Identifies, qualifies, and responds to critical threats to Fidelity, both internal and external. • Performs root cause analysis for issues. • Evaluates infrastructure and systems recovery requirements
in terms of corporate compliance and feasibility. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology,
Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Business Administration, or a
closely related field and five (5) years of experience in the job
offered or five (5) years of experience designing and implementing an
information network security incident management program within a financial
services environment; Or, alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign
education equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Business
Administration, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience in the
job offered or three (3) years of experience designing and
implementing an information network security incident management program within
a financial services environment. Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (“DE”) designing an incident management
security program, including incident response investigations, crisis
management, SIEM optimization, and IOC development; DE conducting incident
security investigations, including designing incident classifications
according to incident threat classifications for network security
breaches; DE designing incident security case management system, including
protocols for incident reporting and litigation support; and
developing functionality for API connectivity to automate and export date
across multiple systems and platforms; DE designing incident
management communication protocols and delivering incident and
