The MSL/CML Director is responsible for providing oversight of all activities in accordance with current health care compliance and regulatory guidelines.

• Lead, manage, develop, and coach the MSL/CML team
• Optimize field responsibilities, scientific knowledge transfer, and performance related to KOL/HCP interactions
• Work with cross-functional partners to support and direct the team on CRM operations, scientific insights, and KOL/HCP scientific profiling and engagement strategy
• Oversee territory plan of action, skills training, and congress coordination
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business planning, special projects, and strategy development to support medical goals and objectives
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• 3+ years of MSL Leadership experience
• Ability to develop and execute plans against objectives
• Excellent presentation and communication skillsDesired Requirements:
  • HIV or infectious disease experience preferredThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $220,000-$250,000 The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
