Discover our vibrant culture and programs here: .Position OverviewThe Director is a key member of the Ware Malcomb senior management team, supporting the Regional Director in growth, revenue, profitability, staff management, and client relationships for the Dallas market. You will foster a positive, team-oriented environment, ensure financial goals and deadlines are met, and assist in business development.Your Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the studio and team members.
• Oversee proposals and contracts to ensure all are in place.
• Handle organizational chart, project budget reports, review monthly revenue projections, financials, and prepare business reports.
• Market and promote new business opportunities; attend networking events.
• Create and lead a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Partner with internal recruiting to hire new team members.Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in architecture.
• Experience leading a team or studio.
• Proposals experience.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships, preferably in the Los Angeles market.
• Licensed Architect strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
