The -General Manager -is an integral part of the branch team who requires a strong background in leadership, organization, project management, and communication in order to be most effective within the branch environment. - They are in full control of the daily activities for the production department and need to have the ability to create strategy, execute plans, and motivate teammates to perform at the levels needed to meet set expectations. - -
Primary Responsibilities:

• Ability to build a high performing team
  
• Structuring and coordinating the day-to-day needs of the production department
  
• Very strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  
• Proven decision maker that is comfortable with full autonomy -
  
• Ability to operate in a fast paced and demanding environment
