Job Summary: Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, theManager of Finance Operationswill be responsible for helping grow financial performance of the company through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances and trends, developing financial models to support valuation, planning and forecasting and making recommendations to be presented to management and executives. Advantages We Offer: * Certified Great Place to Work - 2022 * Annual Incentive Performance Plan * Quarterly Retention Incentives * Generous PTO Plan * Opportunities to obtain specialty certifications * Tuition Reimbursement Program * Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance * Retirement Savings Plan * Employer-paid life insurance Responsibilities * Serve as finance business partner for the Operational leaders. * Develop and coordinate forecasting and budgeting activities on company, region and center levels for Operations units, including data gathering, analysis and reporting. * Maintain allocation methodology for cost transfers across the organization. * Maintain allocation methodology for cost transfers across the organization. * Lead ad hoc analysis in support of the business. * Prepare and give presentations to Senior Leadership Team. * Identify opportunities to streamline business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. * Develop cost models and ROI calculations. * Ensure a control environment within all operating account that ensures compliance with all contractual and internal policy commitments. * Work with Corporate Controller to provide information for timely and accurate monthly financial close. * Establish and lead monthly financial variance reviews with operational leaders to ensure financial discipline. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field required * Minimum of 5 years of financial analysis * Experience in a health care industry and with multiple location facilities * Excellent skills in complex analytic problem solving, strategic planning, program development, project management and change management * Must embrace the continuous improvement mindset, seeking out new ways to do things and generate efficiencies or better analytical insights * Strong interpersonal skills: work well as part of a cross-functional team and able to interact at all levels * Strong drive for results including demonstrated initiative necessary to anticipate, recognize and solve for challenges/problems * Must demonstrate customer focus, attention to detail and ability to deal with ambiguity * Must possess exceptional Microsoft excel skills We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
