Job Description Job Description Environmental Engineer Senior Environmental Engineer - Make a Meaningful Impact We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Environmental Engineer to join our Environmental Services Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on increasing responsibility, grow within a thriving practice, and help shape sustainable solutions for communities and industries. In this role, you'll lead or support a wide range of environmental engineering projects-from stormwater management and hydraulic analyses to solid waste, remediation, and site development. You'll design environmental systems such as containment liners and water treatment solutions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including in-house construction professionals, on design-build and EPC projects. What You'll Do: Deliver technical solutions for complex environmental and civil engineering challenges Perform calculations using industry-standard tools and software Oversee and review work from junior engineers, including reports, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates Use design programs such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS Lead or support projects involving earthwork, grading, wastewater, restoration, and more Prepare studies and cost evaluations to guide client decision-making Manage project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and client expectations Provide construction oversight and develop CQA reports Present findings internally and externally Mentor junior staff and foster team development Build and maintain client and regulatory relationships What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in environmental or civil engineering PE or EIT is preferred 3 years of relevant experience Strong understanding of construction methods and procedures Proven project management or assistant PM experience Willingness to travel (~10%) Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a collaborative mindset This is more than a job-it's a chance to be part of a team that's passionate about environmental stewardship, technical excellence, and professional growth.
