Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Seeking experienced
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide specialized
behavioral support in a K-12 school setting located in Dallas, TX.
Candidates will work onsite under the supervision of a Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with Autism,
intellectual disabilities, emotional disturbances, and other
behavioral challenges. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct
behavioral interventions and support in self-contained or life
skills classrooms. Collaborate closely with Behavior
Interventionists and classroom teachers to implement behavior
plans. Manage a caseload across multiple campuses, rotating weekly
between 2-3 sites. Address high levels of student restraint and
aggression with professionalism and care. Model positive behavioral
strategies and foster inclusive learning environments. Maintain
flexibility and reliability to commute across different campuses as
assigned. Qualifications and Experience: Current National
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
Previous experience working within K-12 educational environments
preferred. Ability to effectively support students with autism
spectrum disorders and other developmental and emotional needs.
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset. Flexibility
to work full-time hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including a
30-minute unpaid lunch. Location: Onsite work at various campuses
within the Dallas, Texas metropolitan area. Duration: Contract
position through the current school year with an anticipated end
date in May 2026. This role offers the opportunity to make a
