This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale, ground-up new construction projects, specifically within the data center and electrical sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from initial planning to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and stakeholders. Responsibilities As a Permanent Senior Electrical Project Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1. Managing and overseeing all aspects of electrical construction projects from conception to completion. 2. Reviewing project plans and specifications to determine the design, time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project. 3. Working closely with project stakeholders, architects, and engineers to ensure all projects are executed effectively. 4. Developing and managing project budgets and schedules. 5. Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. 6. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors. 7. Reviewing the work progress on a daily basis and resolving any arising issues. 8. Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Qualifications To be considered for the Permanent Senior Electrical Project Manager position, you must possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, specifically within the construction industry. 2. Extensive experience in managing large-scale, ground-up new construction projects. 20 million dollars and more on project size. 3. Proficiency in electrical systems and data center construction. 4. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines. 5. Excellent project management and supervision skills. 6. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. 8. Proficient in project management software. 9. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 10. PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
