Your Role: Full-time Front Desk Clinic Administrator (Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM). $18-20 per hour, depending on experience. Support clinic operations and our therapy team. Be the key point of contact for patients and families. Responsibilities: Schedule and manage patient appointments. Greet families warmly and professionally. Maintain organized patient records. Handle office tasks and order supplies. Assist therapists and support staff. Explain pre-appointment information to clients. Verify insurance and communicate with providers. Process payments. Qualifications: 1-3 years of front office experience. Bilingual (Spanish/English). Experience with insurance verification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with Google Workspace and EMR (a plus). Compassion for children and families. Why Join Our Team at SPT?
