Specialist Location: West Chester, OH (Onsite) Pay: $20-$22 per

(representing our client) LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a
highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support
Specialist to join our client's accounting and operations team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced
environment, enjoys working with documentation, and takes pride in
accuracy, follow-through, and strong organizational skills.
Position Details Compensation: $20-$22/hour, based on experience
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Work Environment: Onsite in West
Chester, Ohio Key Responsibilities Administrative & Documentation
Support Check in incoming information as backup support Enter deal
information into the computer data base Distribute folders and
documentation to appropriate team members Review paperwork for
accuracy, required signatures, and completeness Ensure proper
accounting for funds, incentives, and supporting documents Process
payoffs when applicable Communicate with dealerships to obtain
missing or corrected documents Locate files for reversals,
research, scanning, or emailing Refile and maintain organized
documentation systems Reporting & Scheduling Process daily, weekly,
and monthly schedules for assigned dealerships Accounting Support
Process monthly gas receipts File receipts and maintain accounting
records Front Desk Support Provide reception and general
front-office support as needed Qualifications Strong attention to
detail and accuracy Excellent organization skills and ability to
manage high volumes of work Critical thinking and problem-solving
abilities Ability to work independently and take initiative
Positive, team-oriented attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred Benefits: Benefit offerings
